We perform strength analyses of heat exchanger components under pressure and temperature loads, and we check housings and supports for external loads such as wind or seismic effects.

- Comprehensive strength and fatigue analyses of heat exchangers in accordance with the PED 2014/68/EU directive and PN-EN 13445, PN-EN 14276, AD 2000-Merkblatt and ASME Sec. VIII standards, using FEM or PV Elite and VVD programmes.
- Flow or thermal-flow analyses covering all relevant components of the exchanger in the shell and tube space (collectors, inlet channels, tube inserts), taking into account actual operating conditions,
- Checking exchanger housings and supports for resistance to external loads such as seismic activity, wind, weight and moments from the installation, including determining these loads according to the relevant standards for the given location (EN 1991, EN 1998, ASCE),
