Heating calculations

  • We specialise in FEM thermal analyses for steady‑state and transient conditions, which allow modelling of heat transfer in complex structures.
  • Our calculations can include contact resistance, variable heat transfer coefficients and simplified flow models to keep a balance between accuracy and computational cost.

Dynamic calculations

  • We perform advanced dynamic FEM analyses, including explicit analyses, which are necessary for modelling rapidly changing and crash phenomena.
  • Our calculations enable the simulation of structural behaviour under dynamic loads, collisions and technological processes occurring in a short period of time
  • We use specialised Ansys and OpenRadioss software, which allows for the effective modelling of complex dynamic phenomena, taking into account large deformations, contact and non-linear material properties

Modal and harmonic calculations

  • We perform FEM modal analyses to identify natural frequencies and mode shapes of structures.
  • We also carry out harmonic and random vibration analyses to assess the response of structures to periodic and stochastic excitation.
  • These calculations are used in the design of structures exposed to vibrations to avoid resonance and to estimate fatigue life under cyclic loads.
