FEA analysis

Creative use of simulation, combined with insightful interpretation of results and engineering judgement across a wide range of industries and technologies will help you to make correct design choices through the entire product development process. Finite Element Analysis (FEA) and Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) are very powerful tools for improving performance and robustness, reduce prototyping costs and reduce the development time.

STATIC (FEA)

Static analysis consists of calculations both linear and non-linear, taking into considerations contacts and flexibility. These analysis are used when calculating such constructions as machine parts or pressure vessels.

DYNAMIC (FEA)

Dynamic analyses are performed with explicit and implicit methods. These calculations are used to simulate time-dependent phenomena as crashes or movement of a robot with flexible links. All kinds of nonlinearties (nonlinear material, contacts etc) can be taken into account.

THERMAL (FEA and CFD)

Thermal analysis consist of simple static temperature distribution and more complex coupled analyses (thermo-mechanical or thermal coupled with flow). This type of analyses can be used in building physics, electronics cooling, automotive (i.e. braking analysis) and many other branches.

STAMPING

Embossing and sheet forming simulations is are used to assist and decrease the time of the press tools designing process. This service is also a fast method to check the details formability and finding shape of the blank.

WELDING

This type of simulations analyze the process of welding, heat-sealing, thermal and thermochemical processing. Thermal-dependent and phase-dependent database of properties significantly increase simulation accuracy.
